Frequently Asked Questions

What is Consignment Pal?

An online directory.

What is Consignment Pal's goal?

Consignment Pal’s (CP) goal is to help you find businesses where you can buy items, sell items for cash, sell items on consignment, trade, or donate items. CP also helps people save time, increase profits, and grow businesses by providing access to service providers.

What types of businesses are in the CP Directory?

The Consignment Pal Directory includes antique stores, art galleries, business liquidators, consignment stores, eBay Trading Assistants, eBay Drop Off Stores, estate sale companies, non profit stores, resale stores, etc.

Why should a business sign up?

Businesses can easily be found by name, state, or zip code searches.

Consignment Pal is #1 on Google for “eBay drop off store directory” and is also on page 1 of Google for “consignment store directory” and many other searches.

What does it cost?

Sign up is free.

To celebrate the launch of the completely redesigned directory, Consignment Pal is offering a free trial upgrade to Silver Membership. You will receive 90 days notice before the free upgrade ends. Bronze Membership would remain free. See Compare Memberships in the "Menu" sidebox to the right.

How do you make money?

Advertising and affiliate referral fees.

Can I sell my items for cash, rather than consign?

Yes, in many cases. Just look for “Buys for Cash” under "Items Obtained By" on the business profile.

Is there a limit to how much I can sell?

Depending on the business, sell one item or an entire estate.

How big is Consignment Pal?

Consignment Pals are in 46 US states, Canada, the Puerto Rico. Consignment Pal members sign up to be in the directory. We do not buy business names and addresses from large databases to populate the directory.

Is Consignment Pal a franchise?
